Story
LeadershipDNA was founded on a simple belief:
Strong organizations are built when people understand themselves, understand one another and know how to work toward a shared purpose.
Too often, good people struggle inside unclear expectations, poor communication and systems that make leadership harder than it needs to be. We created LeadershipDNA to bring greater clarity to those challenges and give leaders practical ways to strengthen their teams, their culture and their results.

LeadershipDNA is led by Darren and Adrienne Dalenberg, who each bring more than 25 years of professional experience.
Darren’s strengths include diagnosing complex business and operational challenges, identifying the patterns affecting performance and turning strategic priorities into practical plans for execution. His background includes organizational and executive leadership in the agriculture industry.
Adrienne’s strengths include developing people, strengthening communication and helping leaders turn strategy into meaningful action. Her background includes leadership development, training and strategic planning within a Fortune 100 company.
Together, they bring a practical understanding of both people and business. Their work reflects a shared commitment to clear communication, strong leadership, purposeful growth and lasting impact.
