About the event
This 4-week Leader Circle is a small-group learning experience focused on growing your people leadership through the 21 Laws of Leadership by John Maxwell. Each session is built around short, guided video teaching followed by practical personal application.
You do not need to purchase or read the book in advance to participate. All core content will be delivered during the sessions through video teaching and facilitation. The book is encouraged as a reference for deeper learning, but it is not required to keep up week to week.
Each week, participants will receive a brief teaching and personal application, then transition into 5 - 6 guided discussion questions designed to deepen understanding and generate meaningful group insight on the topic at hand. These conversations allow leaders to learn from one another while applying the leadership principles to real-world situations.
